What is your recall backlog actually worth?
Size the overdue-recall list you already have. Enter how many patients are overdue in each tranche and see the recoverable production, plus how many weeks of calling it takes to work the list.
How we calculate this
Backlog value. Each tranche is multiplied by its own assumed return rate — 35%, 22%, 12% and 5% from most to least recent — and then by your average recall-visit value. Rates fall with time overdue because reachability and intent both fall; a single blended rate would hide which part of the list is worth working first.
The working plan. Call attempts = overdue patients × attempts per patient. Weeks = attempts ÷ the calls per week you entered. Staff hours assume ~4 minutes per attempt including the notes afterwards.
Planning estimates only. The return rates are illustrative industry-shaped assumptions, not measured EigenH AI performance, not a forecast of your results, and not a quote. Change the inputs to match your practice before using the number. Everything is calculated in your browser — nothing you type here is sent anywhere or recorded.
