Planned capability
Patient feedback is most useful when the practice can act on it. A generic review request sent at the wrong moment may miss a concern that staff should hear first.
EigenH is planning a Reputation Agent that follows an approved post-visit workflow, captures the patient’s response, and routes concerns to the practice. This page describes the roadmap, not a generally available product.
What the planned agent is intended to handle
- Send approved feedback requests after eligible visits
- Record whether a patient responded
- Capture a structured satisfaction signal
- Route concerns or callback requests to staff
- Send a public review request only when the practice’s policy allows it
- Show the status of each follow-up
The practice will remain responsible for its review policy, patient consent, platform rules, and staff response.
The intended workflow
1. Define the eligible visit
The practice decides which completed visits enter the workflow and when the patient should hear from the office.
2. Ask for feedback
The agent uses the approved message and channel. It should make the next step clear without pressuring the patient.
3. Route concerns to a person
A low score, complaint, or callback request becomes a staff task with the available context.
4. Track the outcome
The team sees who responded, which concerns need action, and which approved review requests were sent.
Protect the relationship before chasing a rating
The planned agent is not a tool for filtering out criticism or manufacturing positive reviews. It is intended to help practices ask for feedback consistently and respond to concerns before they become disconnected from the patient’s care experience.
What a practice should be able to measure
- Eligible visits added to the workflow
- Feedback requests delivered and answered
- Concerns sent to staff
- Staff response status
- Approved review requests sent
- Patient opt-outs
Is the Reputation Agent available?
It is planned. Contact us if post-visit feedback and review follow-up are a priority for your practice.
Will it post reviews for patients?
No. Patients choose whether and what to post. The planned agent would support an approved request and track the workflow.
Can staff see concerns before a review request?
That is part of the intended design. The exact workflow and availability will be confirmed before launch.
