Features are jobs. Agents do them.
A practice does not buy “an AI agent” — it buys fewer missed calls, a fuller schedule, and less unfinished follow-up. These pages describe EigenH by the front-desk job, and each one names the agent that does the work, so you can see exactly where a capability comes from.
Two capability areas are live today, both delivered by the Appointment and Follow-up Agents:
- Schedules — appointment requests, rescheduling, cancellations, and recall handled within the rules your office approves.
- Communications — patient calls answered at any hour, missed calls worked back, approved follow-up run to a clear status, and escalation to staff when a conversation needs a person.
Forms — pre-visit intake and paperwork collection — is planned. Its page describes product direction and is labelled that way; nothing on it is presented as available.
The same rules everywhere
Whichever capability a request touches, the boundaries are the same: your team approves the workflows, the agent completes what falls inside them, and anything urgent, complex, or out of policy goes to staff with the context already captured. EigenH does administrative work only — it does not diagnose, recommend treatment, or make clinical decisions.
