Planned capability
Paperwork that arrives with the patient creates work at the busiest moment of the visit: incomplete forms, missing details, and front-desk time spent transcribing at check-in. EigenH is planning a Forms capability that collects this information earlier and gives staff a clear view of what is still missing.
This page describes product direction. Forms is not delivered by a live agent today and is not presented as generally available.
What the planned capability is intended to handle
- Request intake details and required paperwork before the visit
- Digital collection instead of clipboard-and-transcribe at check-in
- Attach a completion status to the upcoming visit
- Identify missing, inconsistent, or time-sensitive information
- Send exceptions to staff with the reason
- Preserve a reviewable record of what was collected and when
How it relates to the current platform
The appointment already contains the patient, provider, date, and visit context, so pre-visit collection belongs in the same workflow that booked the visit. Adjacent work is also planned on the agent side: the planned Insurance Agent is intended to request missing insurance details from patients before the visit. Neither is live, and both keep their planned label until they ship.
What stays with staff
Collected information would be prepared for staff review, not silently filed. The practice remains responsible for verifying information, patient communication, and any decision that requires judgment.
Is Forms available?
No — it is planned. We are speaking with dental practices about intake and paperwork workflows to shape the sequence. Contact us if pre-visit collection is a major source of front-desk work for your office.
